Lavender Cottage is at the edge of our almond and orange orchard with a view of the mountains from the stoep and braai-area. A king-sized bed overlooking the mountains can be made up as 2 3/4 beds, and a separate bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering guests. A/C and the nearby pool keep you cool and a wood stove provides warmth in winter. Our on-site restaurant serves seasonal menus and wood-fired pizzas for dinner and pizzas, burgers and salads for lunch.

It has its own little gate leading to the cabin and wooden deck where you can enjoy something cold after a long day. During the summer you can cool off in the nearby farm dam, or go for a swim in the river at the private picnic site.

Leeurivier is the perfect getaway 50km South West of Beaufort West. There is only one bush camp, The Veldhuis, which is flanked by two dry rivers and several koppies (Karoo Mountains). Leeurivier offers a multitude of game. We have created an atmosphere where families, fathers and sons, couples and families can bond while having an unforgettable time.
