Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

1 Cliff Cottage, Portloe is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage with a large terrace and spectacular views of the harbour and out to sea. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

The fishing village of Mevagissey is 3 miles away with a fantastic range of shops and restaurants. Local attractions include The Lost Gardens of Heligan (3 miles), Eden Project (4 miles), numerous sandy beaches and stunning coast path walks.

Periwinkle is a cosy harbourside cottage in Charlestown. It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking directly outside the cottage.

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Carriage House is a spacious property in the middle of a working farm. Separate kitchen and sitting area with private garden and use of a field. Trefronick Farm has a beef herd and sheep flock and we have a dairy farm next door milking channel island cows. 5 miles from nearest beach (Perranporth) & 5 miles from Truro. It is very close to the A30 making Penzance in the west, and the Eden Project to the East both just over 30 minutes. A well behaved dog is welcome.
