My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Villa by the sea

Beautiful and old apartment by the sea. The beach is in fact at 10 meters from the old building, and the apartment is also surrounded by a marvellous garden where you find 2 of the 3 sleeping rooms. Enjoy a stay in the strategical area just near the shopping area, the beach and the marvellous Castello Aragonese. A walk is easy to the harbour and There is a parking place not included. Tassa di soggiorno 1 euro al giorno - esente dall’ottavo giorno.

La terrazza sulla Chiaiolella

The house is located in the center of the tourist port of Chiaiolella, a two-minute walk from the free beach and the tourist beaches. It has typical rooms with vaulted ceilings; the accommodation consists of a large and bright living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a charming terrace with barbecue and dining table; mezzanine bedroom with double bed and two single beds upstairs. The house is surrounded by restaurants, bars and various shops.

Apartment in a villa in Citara Bay, Casa Rosada

The villa has a large garden and there are no stairs. The beach is just outside of the gate (right across the street). Accessories: a beach umbrella, beach chairs. Chiaia's Cottage

Casetta Chiaia is situated on the beach (whose name is the same as the house). You just have to open the door to find your selves on the sand! The position is strategic, close to bus stops, private beaches, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. The historical center of Forio is a 10-minute walk away from the house and San Francesco's beach is even closer.
