A cozy apartment with garden and swimming pool view. In the house, we have 2 apartments, 4 rooms and a restaurant where you can book your meals. There's a big garden, a swimming pool with a stunning view and a lot of nature. The use of our e-bike is included in price. Our place is in a very small village in the magnificent Lunigiana near to the 5 Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Lerici or the National Parc of the 100 lakes and Parco dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano. The car is a must-have to reach the place.

This typical Tuscan stone house is situated in Marciaso, a small medieval village in the Tuscan region of Lunigiana. If you are looking for nature, quiet and a fantastic view of the Apuan Alps right from your balcony, then this is the place for you.
