Camp Kimball is situated directly on the Great Sacandaga Lake offering all the comforts of home. Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake from the deck with sunsets beyond compare. Private dock for swimming or access with your kayak. Association beach is a short walk from the cabin. Close to Lake George and Saratoga Springs, as well as hiking, skiing, fishing, historic sites, snowmobiling and so much more. Enjoy sitting on the deck, by the lake or in front of a cozy fire in the provided firepit.

Cabin in the woods

This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own.

The "Ridgeview Retreat"

This brand new Cozy Lil Cabin on the Great Sacandaga Lake is perfect to escape the hustle of everyday life. It's only 30 min to Saratoga and 40 min to Lake George. In summer, bring your boat or Jet Skiis!! You have your own private dock. In the winter, bring your ice fishing gear or snowmobiles. The cabin is right on the NYS snowmobile trails. At the end of the day snuggle in near the warmth of the fireplace inside. Otherwise, you can just relax in the peaceful surroundings.

This Adirondack cottage will provide a tranquil & unique experience! Kitchenette, half bath & outdoor shower. Enjoy a beautiful sunset directly from the patio! Cottage has queen Murphy bed and futon that allows for 3 adults. Close proximity to Saratoga & racetrack. *Please note a 2 night minimum booking starting 5/11/26.

Archer’s Haven is a family friendly place to relax near many Adirondack attractions; all wheel or four wheel drive vehicle recommend in winter weather. Only 20 minute to Saratoga race track, 5 minutes to great Sacandaga boat launch , beaches; within 15 minutes to animal farm, breweries, wineries, fishing, hiking, health spas; within 20 minutes to Saratoga Springs or Ballston Spa. Take a mineral Springs tour. Herkimer diamond mining, hiking trails plus more within 25 minutes.

Our sweet little 520 square ft. cottage has one open loft bedroom and is perfect for one person or a couple. It is located about 1.5 miles from the track and within walking distance to downtown Saratoga Springs. It is next to Skidmore woods with hiking trails and easy access to the campus. It is a perfect place if you are looking for quiet and rest located at the end of a dead-end road and is also right next to our house so we are always available. A perfect little getaway.

ADK Hideaway

ADK Hideaway is newly renovated with private lake access a short walk away & only 30 min to Saratoga. Transport into a dream Adirondack experience-perfect for couples, friends or the whole family. Enjoy the hot tub, large dining area, comfy beds, spacious parking, fire pit, deck, yard, patio with outdoor dining, gas & Blackstone grill, and basement rec room with fireplace, bar & games. Great for winter enjoyments such as snowmobiling, ice fishing, and hiking/snowshoeing.

Access Daniel’s rd state forest and Saratoga mountain bike trail system right from the property. Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.
