Piccola Casa ( CIR00503700001) ist ein kleines antikes Dorfhäuschen im alten Kern von Cessole. Das Häuschen wurde 2018 vollständig restauriert und in ein kleines Designschmuckstück verwandelt. Das Haus besticht durch eine einzigartige Atmosphäre und verbindet Wohlbehagen mit Design und moderner Technik. Fußbodenheizung und Kamin sorgen für Behaglichkeit. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

La casa, dotata di piscina, è ubicata a due km dal centro abitato e si affaccia sulla valle . Gode di completa autonomia e permette agli ospiti di vivere in una cascina tipica con mobili d'epoca. Gli ospiti hanno l'esclusiva disponibilità della struttura. L'altra casa che si affaccia sul cortile (era un piccolo borgo) è sempre di mia proprietà ed è chiusa durante la permanenza degli ospiti. Ho scelto di avere pochi ospiti per garantire a loro ed a me più tranquillità.
