Romantisches Ferienhaus 2 Minuten vom Lago di Lugano entfernt . Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine grosse Wohnküche mit Kaminofen und TV in der ihr euch sofort wohlfühlen werdet . Angrenzend befindet sich ein WC mit Dusche. Im ersten Stock befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 5 Betten. Im grossen Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Schlafsofa und viele Sitzgelegenheiten mit TV für die grosse Familie. Im ersten Stock befindet sich noch ein WC mit Dusche . Der Garten ist für Kinder und Hunde eingezäunt. Hunde sind willkommen. Gartenmöbel und Grill sind auch für grosse Familien vorhanden. Zum Haus gehört auch ein privater Badestrand der zur Wohnsiedlung gehört . Ihr könnt ihn in 2 Min erreichen. Ponte Tresa, Grenzstadt am Lago di Lugano mit vielen Geschäften, Bars,Restaurants und Boutiquen. Samstags gibt es den traditionellen Markt mit vielen Verkaufsständen mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Die Schweizer Grenze ist 3 km und Lugano 12 km entfernt. Der Lago Maggiore und Luino sind in 15 min zu erreichen. Markt ist in Luino immer Mittwochs.

La dolce vita. Pasta, Vino und eigener Strand. Eigener Strand mit Hängematte zwischen Palmen. Von der Terrasse genießt man einen herrlichen Blick über den See und den benachbarten Park. Ein wunderbares Haus mit einer super Bar in "paddelreichweite" od. auch in 5min zu Fuß. Man kann sich auch von der Bar Essen a la carte in den eigenen Garten liefern lassen.
