This gueen-bed suite has a private entrance, a living room with wifi/tv, and a small, private bath, on a beautifully maintained property on 28A in N. Falmouth. Enjoy easy access to beaches & the bike path is across the street. The suite is priced based on two people, additional people - older kids, friends, are $40/night more; two twin blow-ups can be set up in living room. You must list the total amount of guests when booking. This house is not well suited to toddlers & young children.

This newly renovated space has a separate kitchen area with table and chairs, a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker (coffee and tea provided). No stove. NO cooking permitted. The bedroom has a double bed, a comfy couch, bureau and closet, and a full bath ensuite. Perfect for a couple or single person. NOTE: The small building is my gallery.

Welcome! This cheerful, clean and private 1st-floor bedroom is in a restored 1799 farmhouse.We are about halfway between Boston and the Cape Cod Canal and convenient to all major highways. Guests have a private entrance and newly renovated, bedroom/bath suite. Parking, a comfy queen-size bed, and TV are included as well as a fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plymouth Rock, Plimoth Plantation, and "The Mayflower" are 10-15 minute drive. No cameras on property. We respect your privacy.

Secret Garden Suite with full breakfast

We built our home in 1997 and have shared it with our five children, grandchildren and extended family. We thought someday when the kids leave, we will make it into a Bed & Breakfast and Airbnb has made the dream simply possible. Joining Airbnb in May 2016 changed and enriched our lives by the many travelers we have hosted and friends we have made. We look forward to being your host soon. Howards End - Room 3-1 (Two twin beds Shared Bath)

3rd floor, small bedroom with two twin beds and shared bathroom. At most, there will be 5 people using this bathroom. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. Our rooms are for guests with a lower budget. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. Please check "Other things to note" section for parking options and cancellation policies. Also please acknowledge that you have read it when you sent a booking request. Thank you!

Knowles Farm B&B, Photo Room

Nestled in the middle of the National Sea Shore's Fort Hill Area, a private room on the second floor of a 235 year old Cape Cod Farm House. The house is surrounded by sweeping fields that lead down to Nauset Marsh. Steps away from the Fort Hill Nature Trail. A truly unique stay. For parties greater than two this listing can add a room with a double bed for a single or couple for an additional fee. Owner occupied BnB with two rooms, NO Mass occupancy tax added!

Surrounded by a beautiful collection of hydrangeas, your hosts, Mary Kay and Mal, are eager to share their love of the garden and their prime location on Cape Cod. A continental breakfast can be enjoyed in your suite or, weather permitting, at the table on the terrace shaded by an awning overlooking the gardens.

The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 8 is on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. If offers a queen bed & shared bathroom (9 rooms on 2nd floor shared 2 full bathrooms - 8 of the 9 rooms have in-room sinks) with in-room sink, A/C, TV, cable, and WIFI. We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am

R2 Queen bed & Private bath

The Chicago House is a centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 2, is on the 1st floor with a queen bed & private bathroom. A/C, TV, cable, WIFI, refrigerator. Free On Site PARKING in the BACK of our BnB, is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us Our simple cold continental breakfast is served from 8am to 9:30am

Sweet stay by the ocean w breakfast (1 of 2 rooms)

SWEET STAY is what I call this guest room because many times when guests are leaving they say " thank you for a sweet stay." It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST and is served between 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon and clothing store as well as souvenir shop and more . Sorry but there is no use of kitchen for cooking and very limited fridge space.
