The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 10 is a SMALL room FOR ONE PERSON on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. If offers a full-sized bed & shared bathroom (9 rooms on 2nd floor shared 2 full bathrooms - 8 of the 9 rooms have in-room sinks) with in-room sink, air conditioning, TV, cable, WIFI. Please read: Beautifully decorated lower level apartment with windows and french doors leading up to the garden. Private entrance. This newly renovated space has a separate kitchen area with table and chairs, a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker (coffee and tea provided). No stove. NO cooking permitted. The bedroom has a double bed, a comfy couch, bureau and closet, and a full bath ensuite. Perfect for a couple or single person. NOTE: The small building is my gallery.

The room is about 140 sqft, and it comes with a large private deck with a great view of the Pilgrim Monument. It has a king bed, private bathroom and private entrance. This room is good for people who are allergic to cats. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. This cozy, budget friendly room is located in the center of Ptown and on the beach! It is part of Lotus Provincetown Inn, a staple of the town since the 80s. It shares a bathroom with 2 rooms. 2 minute walk to the Wharf where ferries dock and paid parking available. Also, available is a dry sauna located at our sister property steps away. Easily access all the town's amenities - galleries, dining, shops, shows, nightlife - while enjoying the quiet retreat of this cozy room.
