It should also be noted it is a gated property and the home is accessed through a dirt / gravel private country lane which is 0.75 mile from the gate.

Our home offers a view of the entire Monterey Bay and sits atop a hilltop with lots of privacy. 1 big room with queen bed and a futon in the living room that turns into a bed and a beautiful deck with your own private hot tub. ***Mind you: we have a long-term tenant (Margarita) in the bottom unit.

Located in a historical neighborhood dating to the early 1930's. The cabana has lots of natural light. Privacy walls. A private patio and entrance. The spacious cabana features a stone fireplace, a grand queen bed, large bathroom with a shower for 2. The vibe is of peace and serenity. The colors are muted and sparsely decorated. The bed sheets, pillow and mattress protectors and blanket are changed after each stay. The bath towels are warm. ZEN!
