Main Square Penthouse+private garage, top location

The Main Square Penthouse is situated right on the Zagreb main square, Jelacic square, number 4, fourth floor, as central as it gets, just a few steps to all the city sites, museums, restaurants, stores etc. The view from the apartment is amazing, to the famous Dolac food market, the cathedral and the Upper town. We can arrange a taxi pick up/drop off at the airport, with additional charge, and also provide a parking lot in a private garage, 100 meters from the apartment, free of charge.

City Center Oasis: Ground Floor, Terrace & Parking

Our newly renovated 60 sqm apt is located few steps from the beautiful parks and the main square, all being venues for city events like Christmas market and open air concerts. Apt ASUNTO B is located on the ground floor of the ASUNTO Residence, off the main street ensuring quite nights. You can leave your car safely in our on-site private parking which sets us apart together with cosy private terrace. Bathroom floor heating, (N)espresso machine and fine teas for your stay in style.

Apartment with sauna in Maribor city centre

This apartment is meant to make your stay in Maribor unforgettable. We were trying to stick to the original antique structure of the building while renovating so the space of the apartment is divided in only three areas. But all the rooms are very big. Basically the living room, kitchen and dining area are one big space. We added a mini office space to the bedroom in case you travel for work and a sauna with bathtub in the bathroom, so you will feel like you are staying in a spa.

Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

A warm and friendly welcome awaits you in this lovely and bright one bedroom flat, equipped with everything you need for a short visit or a longer stay in Ptuj. The flat is completely private with its own entrance, located very conveniently between the old town (800 m – just 10 min walk across the river) and Thermal Park (800 m – just 10 min walk), within a 3-5 minutes walking distance of restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy and city-bus stop. Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
