We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

The Garden House is a lovely single room annex with independent access, en-suite bathroom and shower. Light, cosy, and simply furnished, set in the garden of a residential home near the centre of Gloucester, it's a quiet space to relax or work. Driveway parking available. Our charming honeysuckle shepherds hut sleeps two people and is set in a beautiful orchard in rural Herefordshire. The hut is situated on a working farm so you'll see lots of animals including cows, pigs, chickens and ducks. It has a comfy double bed, kitchen and ensuite with full toilet and shower. It also has a cosy log burner for those colder nights. The hot also boasts a wood fired hot tub, Perfect for a romantic couples getaway in a picturesque location.

The Nest At Walnut Tree Farm

Relax and enjoy a stay on a smallholding in Herefordshire. The upper floor of a one bedroomed annex with its own shower-room. On the landing is a small area with facilities to make your own breakfast, including microwave and three quarter size fridge. Own entrance, a small patio area at front. Off road parking. Hosts live in the main house. The accommodation is on the edge of a village so no street lighting. Village shop and local pub in walking distance.

Festivals nearby are Ledbury Poetry, Hay, Longborough Opera, Cheltenham, Three Counties/Choirs. Piano & dedicated work station for those wanting to WFH.

Amazing location and a beautiful barn conversion

The barn has brilliant views and has been beautifully furnished. It has a fully fitted kitchen with adequate seating area and access to a deck with extensive views. The living area has 2 very comfortable settees. One thing to note is that our TV does not have an aerial but we have wifi which means you can watch tv on catch up or live.
