Vistas panorámicas incomparables del Sky Line de Ciutat Vella y la Sierra Calderona. Terraza de 40 m2. Muy cercano a todos los atractivos de la ciudad. Recientemente rehabilitado estilo vintage, techos altos y muy particulares. Espacio libre de ruidos con total privacidad. Lugar muy original para una estancia romántica y tranquila.

Bright and comfortable, it is within walking distance of all the main attractions, such as the squares, the Central Market, the charming Turia Gardens, art centers, great restaurants, and much more.

Bei mir ist jeder willkommen. Egal, ob Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) mit oder ohne pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). Ich wünsche mir, dass sich alle Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Pinedo ist ein Vorort von Valencia und ruhig gelegen - im Zentrum gibt es allerdings alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Lebensmittel . Ich bin private Gastgeberin und vermiete nicht zu touristischen Zwecken, im Sinne von gewerblichen, touristischen Angeboten.

Perfect for a couple or a couple with one or two children. We do not recommend for two couples or 4 adults as the bed and sofa bed are in the same room! For guests with no or bad reviews a deposit of 200€ is required upon arrival to be returned upon check out if no damage was done. Quite, authentic Spanish neighbourhood with bars and restaurants to try local dishes, tapas and paellas. Pharmacy, supermarket, bus, metro and city bicycle all within 5 minutes of walking.

Cerca de.todo tipo de comercios, tiendas de alimentación, Mercado del Cabañal , Restaurantes ......... cerca de todo y alejado del tráfico y bullicio!

Luminoso, fresco y cómodo apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño, situado en la playa, en el barrio valenciano del Cabañal, a 3 minutos (200 metros) a pie de la playa y los restaurantes locales. Situado a 3 minutos a pie de la parada de metro Mediterrani y a 5 minutos de la parada de metro Marina Reial Joan Carles I (15 min. tiempo de viaje al casco antiguo).

Nuestro cómodo, amplio y bonito Loft esta recién reformado en 2023, esta situado en la planta baja o planta calle y permite alojar a 4 personas. Se encuentra en una calle tranquila a 2 min a pie de la playa a 5 min del puerto deportivo y justo al lado de paradas de transporte publico (tranvía, bus) que conecta con el centro de la ciudad y el aeropuerto.
