Since this apartment is on the back of the house it is exceptionally quiet. Powerful AC to cool. All newly and fully furnished!

We understand how stressful it could be when looking for a place to stay through this type of websites but you can trust our multiple reviews of happy customers and reserve our lovely villa for your stay. We are travelers ourselves and understand the level of skepticism but I assure you that you can trust us. You will love the proximity to the beach ( a minute walk), ,close to everything. We just completed a full renovation and installed a Solar Power system!!! Losing power is not an issue!

This is a wonderful, clean yet old beach house. However, if you are looking for a luxury hotel or a party house, this is not the place. Cozy Townhouse is a two story rustic beach house located at 2 minutes of walking distance from beaches & aqcuatic sports , restaurants, pubs and downtown Rincon, .
