Situated just 10 minutes from Taradale and the Mission Estate, or 20 minutes from Napier, this guesthouse offers the benefits of a peaceful rural setting, just a stones throw from all the action! This studio has 1 queen bed, it is cosy with a small Kitchenette & Separate bathroom. Across the road is Anderson Park to enjoy. A few minutes walk to Greenmeadows shops, supermarket, cafés, fish & chips, Indian, Thai, pizza etc. A few minutes drive by car to: Church Road Winery & Mission Winery. We will supply tea, coffee and milk only. (no breakfast supplied) * There is NO oven so unfortunately NO cooking facility apart from a normal microwave oven, toaster, kettle.

To the rear of our family home is Jervois Cottage, a fully self-contained one bedroom unit, fully insulated, double glazed and heatpump. Toiletries, tea, coffee and towels are provided. Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe. Smoking permitted outside only.
