You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. Old stone house located in an abandoned rustic village with only 3 houses. The house has a large fenced yard 700m2 and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Cres. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.

Jenina - a small flat in a quiet neighborhood

Our apartment is small but it got everything You need! The first beach is 1km away, but You could also go by car to the bigger beach - a 4min ride (1,8km). There You can find our water slides with a sea water pool (see pictures)! The first round is on us :) A lot of other outdoor activities are also available there.
