300 feet from Atlantic Ocean: Cozy Guest Suite

Guest will have private access on the first floor of this three story ocean view beach home in Virginia Beach, VA. The guest suite is separate from the main house. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and one bathroom. In the entrance hallway there is a stacker washer dryer, refrigerator, microwave, sink next to refrigerator along with a gas grill outside. NOTE: There is no living room; however, there are chairs in the bedrooms. The true living room is the beach on the Atlantic Ocean :)

The Green Bean Bungalow

Kick back and relax at The Green Bean Bungalow (400 sq ft) with peaceful waterfront views of Back Bay Sandbridge. This tiny home comes with full bay access (paddleboard provided), community pools (seasonal), tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, playground, a short distance to the beach (beach chairs & beach/pool towels included) and local restaurants. My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

We include at no extra charge, everything needed for a vacation at the beach! All linens, Beach towels, beach cart, chairs, tent and cooler. Just bring your swim suit and flip flops! I provide you with 2 beach cruiser bikes at no extra charge. Resort amenities are available for your use.

Awesome off road getaway! You will need 4 Wheel Drive (not awd) vehicle to access the property as there are no roads. Newer construction on the beach in Carova right next to the wild horse preserve. You will likely see horses on a daily basis! Home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with 3 deck areas to enjoy the ocean views, sunsets and breezes! Easy walk to the beach, parking passes included.
