You will appreciate the clean private guesthouse that is located on a quiet neighborhood street in a newer central subdivision that is close to all that SW Missouri has to offer. Please note that we offer a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen area, there is no stove/ oven. Parties and events are not allowed. Any extra guests need to have prior approval from the host before they arrive on site.

Welcome to Suite home Alabama. The house is updated w/ a modern theme & open floor plan w/ the dining room & living room. The TV is connected to Wi-Fi so you can enjoy all your streaming services. AL is designed to make you feel at home. The house is centrally-located in Joplin not to far from Rangeline. Alabama has 3 bedrooms featuring a King, Queen, and a double. The master bedroom has its own private 1/2 bath. The back covered patio is great for grilling and the fully fenced yard is a plus.

Peoria Hills/Cabin/Route66 /casinos

The log cabin is located in the hills of Peoria, OK. on twenty plus acres of land. Amenities include Wi-Fi, small bathroom with shower only, TV, sleeping arrangements are a queen bed, a sofa bed, and an air mattress upon request . Lots of room outdoors to walk around, the terrain is rocky and uneven so sturdy shoes are recommended. With a small pond close by Deer, fox, skunks, raccoons and coyotes are roaming the woods so please pay attention to small animals and children when outdoors

Old Missouri Farm

Newly remodeled, 110 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

Sunset Pond Retreat

Retreat to this charming two story cabin overlooking the beautiful, peaceful Sunset Pond! Only a short distance from Joplin, Carl Junction, and Galena, KS, this cabin is surrounded by several ponds, the largest of which is right outside your front door. The cabin features free WIFI, 3 Smart TV's, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer. Outside, enjoy catch and release fishing from the dock or just sit and take in the moment when a gorgeous sunset meets the peaceful water!

Come and relax at the Cottage on Summit. A comfortable little house right off the square in Girard,Kansas There are several little shops,restaurants and a coffee shop about 2 blocks from the house. There is a Sonic,Dollar General,Opies and a grocery store not to far away. Kansas Crossing Casino is 18 miles away. Pitt State University is 12 miles away. We have a pull thru driveway. So it will be easy if you have a boat or trailer to get in and out. We would love to host you!!

The “Queen Bee” is located within 5-15 minutes to everything in Joplin, Carthage or Neosho and yet secluded in nearby Duneweg. Duneweg is a suburb of Joplin and is very close to where I44 and 249 merge! Making it easy to get place to place or back up on the interstate after a nights rest! This home is located on a quiet street with a tranquil wooded area and pull through parking.

Conveniently located near both hospitals, KCU Medical School, and many attractions. Wifi and a Roku tv in the living with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney + will give you plenty to watch! A full kitchen, washer, and dryer will make your stay very comfortable.
