Living room & dining area feature vaulted ceilings & three means of accessing the decks. Kitchen is equipped with an electric range, pots, pans, dinnerware, glassware, utensils, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster oven & more.

Amazing mountain and lake views from every window. 50' of direct water access with small sandy beach, outdoor firepit and grill, and multiple hang out spots. The cottage is newly built and furnished, has an indoor fireplace, central AC, fully stocked kitchen, and screened in room overlooking the lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Be assured everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Our central location between the lakes provides quests easy access to everything the Adirondacks have to offer. We are 1 mile from the boat launch in Lake George and 3 miles from the boat launch on Lake Champlain and historic Fort Ticonderoga. The town beach on Lake George is within 3 miles. Hiking in both NY and VT. Main street Ticonderoga is just 1/2 mile away. 18 hole golf is within 3 miles.
