Take a nice stroll up the hill to the shops in Queen Anne or a 5 minute uber to Ballard, Fremont and more. And don't forget to catch the sunsets from the porch. They are spectacular! Located in a quiet neighborhood, it's close to Woodland Park Zoo, Sunday Ballard Farmer's Market, Wallingford, and an easy drive to Downtown Seattle. Complete with Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, large shower with seat, and heated bathroom floors.

Charming Queen Anne Studio, Low Ceilings

Situated in historic Queen Anne, the apartment is within walking distance of cute cafes, popular restaurants, and nightlife spots along Queen Anne Ave N. The Space Needle is a 7-minute drive away. This charming basement studio apartment has very low ceilings in some spots. Those over 5' 8" will have to duck in a couple of spots. We also have two dogs who you may hear outside in our yard and upstairs. You may hear them from time to time, we try to keep the barking to a minimum.

Cozy Artist House in Fremont

Our 950 square ft house built in the 1940's is located in an area affectionately known as Fre-lard, the area overlapping the Fremont and Ballard neighborhoods. There are many great places to eat and drink within close walking distance of the house. Some are right around the corner. We sit one block East of the 27 mile biking, walking, canal strolling Burke Gilman trail. The neighborhood is host to a growing number of local breweries and family friendly eateries.

Queen Anne Getaway

Stay in one of Seattle premier old neighborhoods, just 2 miles from the Space Needle and 3.5 from Pike Place Market. Enter this lovely 1903 American four square home from the front door. Head upstairs to your private area. Fully renovated, 2 bedrooms, bath and a sitting room complete with a well stocked coffee bar. While there is no kitchen, you do have a big fridge and microwave. Host does live on the main floor but uses a separate entrance so no shared spaces.
