The Shipbuilder's Cottage-Two Century Old Charm

Surrounded by spacious grounds, The Shipbuilder’s Cottage is one of two separate but adjacent rental units (the Summer Kitchen). Built in 1812 by shipbuilder Caleb Ward, the cottage is the oldest home in St. Martins. Its centrepiece is the original brick hearth around which many generations have enjoyed a meal, a pint and a fire on a chilly night. A well-equipped kitchen, an old oak dining table and a large sectional couch are arranged in a spacious room where the whole family can eat and relax

Welcome to the Little Dipper Lakehouse! Relax at this peaceful cottage on Grand Lake with 180-degree water views and your own private beach. Firepit, floating dock, and beach loungers and watercraft offer multiple ways to kick back. With its panoramic windows, the sunroom is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, while the spacious deck is equipped with BBQ and outdoor seating. Two bedrooms plus loft accommodates up to 6 guests. Well-equipped kitchen and open-concept living room.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.
