The cottage sleeps 4 comfortably. Enjoy some of NB’s best outdoor opportunities. Centrally located yet rural; Sussex, SJ, Moncton and Fredericton are all 60 minutes or less away. Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

The dome offers a spacious kitchenette, dining area and private bathroom with a king bed in our loft area. Whether you need to soak in the hot tub, a hike in the woods, a gathering space by the fireplace or stare into the abyss on the swing, let us support your peace and calm. ​ Based on season, we also offer ice skating, paddle boarding, fishing and swimming in our pond.

Just steps from incredible secluded Browns Beach , 2kms to picturesque West Quaco Lighthouse and only 4 to 5 kms to restaurants , shops , the harbor and the famous St. Martins Sea Caves. The House is newly furnished and decorated with modern decor and local artwork. Large kitchen and oversized deck makes this the perfect place for larger groups or families.
