My wife, Linda, and I welcome you to relax in the tranquil atmosphere of our newly constructed apartment. It is in a quiet well-established neighborhood. We live on the premises and should be available most any time by text. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are accessible from exit 19 off 87, 2 miles from the center of Glens Falls, 7 from Lake George and 18 from Saratoga Springs. There are a great variety of restaurants and attractions within a short distance.

Our home was built in the 1830's, and the apartment added in the 1950's. The apartment has a throwback feel. We are an easy walk to restaurants, Flynn's funeral home, the school, and churches. We are minutes from the Washington County Fairgrounds. We are 1/2 an hour from the Saratoga race track, 45 minutes to Lake George, 10 minutes from Willard Mt, and an hour from great Vermont skiing! We have a full kitchen, guests say our beds are super comfy, and we have hi-speed cable and Internet!

Glens Falls has numerous wonderful restaurants and there is a guidebook within this listing with many local suggestions. There are art galleries, LARAC, The Hyde and the Shirt Factory. Live music and theatre is available at the Wood Theatre, the Park Theatre and Strand Theatre. We are 20 minutes from Lake George and Saratoga.

We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!

Space is private lower level of home, with private entrance. Outdoor space is shared. There may or may not be guests in the upper unit.
