Our private studio apartment has everything you need for a relaxing get away. It has its own separate entrance and is private, we do live upstairs, so we are here if you need anything, but respect your privacy. We have a cardeck to park on, instructions will be with your check in details for parking. This is a home, not hotel so we hope you enjoy 😀

With open plan kitchen, living and dining, and separate bedroom with ensuite and laundry facilities you will have everything you need for adventure stays, relaxing weekends or business trips. Enjoy the mountain outlook by the cosy fireplace, wander 5 minutes down to the lakeside or just a 5 minute drive to the centre of town and all it has to offer.

Great views and a full kitchen on Queenstown Hill

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

Newly renovated studio apartment in sunny Kelvin Heights, From the apartment it is a 20 min drive to Queenstown, 5 min drive to Frankton & airport, or a 3 min walk to a water taxi that takes you on a short scenic boat ride into downtown Queenstown. Stunning walking and biking tracks are one step away, and also the local Kelvin Heights golf course. Kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and 2 hobs - suitable for light meals.
