Unique luxury cottage for two, an ancient dovecote with a fabulous swimming pool. Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. The Studio, Parsonage Barn, Odstock, SP54JB

The Studio at Parsonage Barn, Odstock is a recently converted barn, nestled in the heart of Wiltshire’s Chalke Valley, yet a stone’s throw away from the historic city of Salisbury. Here, you will be surrounded by beautiful countryside with warm and welcoming pubs at your fingertips. Whether it’s peace and quiet that you need, or the convenience of Salisbury being a short drive away, The Studio will be perfect for you. It’s also ideal positioning for Salisbury District Hospital staff and visits.

The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Salisbury house - free off street parking & garden

Hidden Gem is a delightful 3 bed house with a free off street parking space dedicated to guests and a private walled garden with Cathedral views. Just 5 minutes from Fisherton Street with it's many restaurants and the Playhouse, a 7 minute walk from the railway station and an easy 15 minute walk to the City's Market Square and Cathedral Close and all the city centre amenities. Waitrose and Sainsbury's supermarkets are both within walking distance as are a fine array of take away outlets.

Situated in a peaceful area of Wilton, the interior is pretty and cosy, you can also enjoy the garden which overlooks the river. The house is convenient for the town centre which has great cafes, independent shops, a bakers, convenience stores, pubs and restaurants, all within walking distance. There is also access to the countryside surrounding the town. Wilton is well sited for access to Salisbury, Stonehenge, Bath, The New Forest, The Jurassic Coast and the surrounding areas.

A beautiful self contained end of terraced private house approx a 10-15 minute walk into Salisbury city centre, the cathedral and a very short walk from the train station. A 5 minute walk to the local supermarket Waitrose and other stores. Round the corner you can access the meadows which is a pleasant place for walking, from here you can walk all the way up to old Sarum. Stonehenge is approx a 15 min drive. There is parking at the rear of the property for 2 cars back to back.

Newly redecorated for 2025! From free off street parking at the front of our house the Annexe is accessed by a gate and passageway, discreetly nestled in our pretty garden. It is a perfect getaway for up to 4 guests. It has an open plan lounge with well equipped kitchen area, double bedroom plus a shower room/toilet. Salisbury City Centre is a 30 min walk or quick drive and has regular buses. Great Base for Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Old Sarum, Longleat and the New Forest.

River View is a modern, peaceful studio just a 2 minute drive from Salisbury Station and a 25 minute level walk from the city centre. It is the perfect base for visiting all that Salisbury and the surrounding area has to offer. Large, scenic windows give plenty of light and views to a long garden, with woodland and river beyond. With your own front door you will be able to come and go as you wish. We have plenty of secure, gated off road parking for car and cycles.
