Quinns Beach - Studio - Completely Separate Build

Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, the studio is light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean. Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. Please note that bookings including children will not be accepted.

Spacious coastal retreat with 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus an extra toilet. Modern throughout with a fully equipped kitchen and just a short walk to the beach. Enjoy the surf club and Portofino’s restaurant at the end of the street, and a scenic stroll to Mindarie Marina for dining, drinks, and ocean views. Note - The garage is not accessible to guests however there is ample parking space in driveway. A separate granny flat is on the property but fully separate with no interaction.
