In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Das 2019 total renovierte Apartment verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Flachbild Sat TV und Netflix Zugang, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler, ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, sowie eine separate Toilette. Besonderes Highlight der Wohnung ist die hübsche Sonnenterrasse mit Blick in den Garten.

In our renovated historic townhouse in prime location, a modern 21 m² (225 sq ft) guest studio for 1–2 people awaits you. It is safely accessible via a shared stairwell, with a separate entrance. Enjoy full privacy in your own area, used exclusively by you. In our inner courtyard below the fortress, a small private seating area is available for your exclusive use. The local overnight accommodation tax is included in the price and enables free use of public transportation.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock unseres Hauses aus dem 19. Jhdt. und wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Sie ist für 1-2 Gäste buchbar (Babybett bzw. Zusatzbett möglich) und verfügt über eine geräumige große und komplett eingerichtete Küche (Wohn-/Essraum mit Kabel-TV) und ein geräumiges Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine. Der Balkon beim Schlafzimmer ist klein aber fein!

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
