My place is near the lively German Colony, the center of Jerusalem, and the Old City, but still recessed enough from that area to avoid traffic or other noise of that type. It overlooks a pedestrian/bicycle/jogging park that runs for several kilometers. It is also beside another smaller park. Be aware that it is a walk-up to the fourth floor. The advantage here is that it has great views front and back. The building itself is undistinguished, but the apartment has been renovated completely.
