The cottage has a recently modernised kitchen and bathroom but also maintains all of its period charms including some low beamed ceilings & exposed timber walls, with a large bedroom & storage for bikes.

Shalbourne is a beautiful village about 3 miles from Hungerford and 8 miles from Marlborough and in an area of outstanding natural beauty. We have a friendly village pub which has a large and varied menu and a village shop which serves delicious fresh coffee and pastries. The Annexe is a comfortable twin-bedded studio set in our 2 acre garden which has far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. There are great walks and cycle rides from our front door.

It's ideal for couples, individuals & business travellers being just over an hour from London, 10 mins from M4 junc 15 & 15 mins from Swindon station. No visitors other than the guests who have booked in. Non smoking site.

A couple or single person could stay. No pets or babies allowed. They'll be a selection of cereals, bread, butter, jam and marmalade for you to have for breakfast.
