Our place is close to Coogee Beach, Randwick Village, University of NSW, Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney Children's Hospital, Chat Thai, Café X74, City Bus Stops,. It's great for couples and solo business guests. An easy level about 15 min walk to Beach. Great Restaurants and Cafés are close by.

Beautifully appointed self-contained unit on 2 levels. Lounge area opens onto a large and sunny deck upstairs. Quiet and private queen bedroom with en-suite downstairs. Private entrance on both levels. Large wardrobe. Ceiling Fans. Well equipped kitchenette with microwave oven, bar fridge, toaster, kettle etc. Very bright and airy with lovely views over the neighbourhood.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families.Spacious studio easily accommodates 2 adults with a king bed. I can also configure beds to 2 single beds.
