Welcome to the Ponderosa B&B

Our farm-style B&B is the perfect place to relax in tranquility. Only 20 minutes from Christchurch City and two minutes to the local town, this guesthouse is the perfect rural experience without being far from where you need to go. The Ponderosa B&B is self-contained and independent from the main home, with private access and parking. We welcome dogs and can even arrange grazing for horses. It is fully furnished for your comfort, down to board games, tennis court and fresh chicken eggs.

The studio is situated away from the main house A beautiful quiet rural setting on lifestyle block 30 mins north of Christchurch International airport Rangiora township is 5kms away with easy access to shopping, restaurants & movies. I & 1/2 hrs to Hamner Springs, 1 hr to Porters pass ski field. Close to beaches Waikuku, Woodend, Pegasus Bay, and the Waimakariri river for jet boating swimming & fishing

The Shed

Escape to the country, and unwind in our newly renovated shed. Set in a peaceful rural area, only 10 minutes from Rangiora. The Shed has a lovely private deck overlooking the paddock and extensive views of the mountains, and breathtaking sunsets. Stargazing on a clear night is a must too. The Shed is bright, comfortable, Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful escape with a touch of luxury. Please note there is no Wifi available, but we do have a Chromecast plug in.

The Guest House

The Guest House is set in beautiful park like grounds, so you'd be forgiven for thinking you are miles away from civilisation, but it's only 5 minutes to Rangiora. It's a gardeners delight, and we encourage you to explore the grounds. You have full use of the house, including kitchen, seperate dining and a large lounge which boasts a fabulous log fire and 1970's architecture. You are welcome to bring your pet but please keep them off the beds and furniture, to respect future guests.

Cozy slightly rustic snug (compact) sleepout with Smàrt TV and WiFi. Handy to Rangiora 20 minute walk, 3 minute drive to Rangiora shopping centre, making it easy to plan your visit. Small outside private area with porch. One room with queen bed and ensuite No kitchen. Has microwave small fridge, off street free parking, HEATPUMP stay warm on a cold day stay cool on hot days. 30 minutes drive from airport. 30 minutes drive to central Christchurch. Matawai nature park 2 minute walk.

Little Haven

A stylish, cosy, comfortable and soothing haven. The living space is furnished with lounge seating and a desk. The bed has a very comfortable mattress with natural fibre bedding. The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped with smoothie maker, electric elements, mini oven, electric frypan, microwave, and a washing machine. Rangiora town centre is a short drive or ~15 min walk to cafes/restaurants. Rangiora Showgrounds and river are close at hand and a bus stop is a short walk away.

The Cottage at Whites Farm

Private sunny (Fraemer) cottage, horses and dogs welcome, 2 bedrooms (both have queen size beds), on a small farm, parking, internet. Mandaville shops (5 mins drive) - Indian, Thai, fish n chips, bar and restaurant; Rangiora & wineries nearby, Airport 15 mins, Christchurch City 15 mins away. We have calves and cows, and 2 dogs, Olive and Dante; children and dogs need to be supervised and have fun, horses welcome @$50.00 a night ** please let us know if you are bringing a dog,

Landhuis Homestead

Landhuis Homestead is nestled up a kilometre long private drive and set on 20 acres of beautiful farm and homestead. Enjoy your own private garden and lawn that leads down to the private pond. The property is bordered by a serene running stream to explore. It has country charm with all the modern conveniences you could ask for. Cosy up on a cold night with the brand new log burner lit or enjoy lazy summer nights on the sheltered deck enjoying a home cooked BBQ and a cheeky wine.

Mariners Cabin: Your seaside escape

Mariners Cabin is a modern and minimalist retreat situated in picturesque Cass Bay, perfect for solo travellers or couples looking for a serene escape. This cabin (13 square meters in size) is suspended in the trees, offers the best proximity to beach views, an outdoor bath, barbecue, and a romantic outdoor dining area. It also features an authentic wood burner, ensuring warmth and coziness during chilly nights, while the comfortable double bed provides a restful night's sleep.

Blackhouse Waikuku beach - ideal beach getaway

Newly renovated holiday house within an easy short walk (5 mins) of an amazing beach, has everything you need for a perfect holiday or weekend get away. Great indoor/outdoor flow. Short easy walk to the beach, local shop, tennis courts, playground, park and toddler pool, everything is within a 5 minute walk. Private secure property the back yard is completely fenced off. Off street parking. Christchurch and airport less than 30 mins away. The house has WIFI - fibre.

Te Ara Cottage Tranquil Retreat

Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has a gas cooker, bbq set, microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey.
