Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located red house. There are 3 parking spaces in the alleyway. Enter through the back of the house. Your unit is the upper level. 3 bedroom, one with a queen and two with a top bunk and full below. Large eat-in kitchen with seating for six plus a bar in the kitchen with seating for 3. Washer and dryer with dryer sheets and laundry soap provided. One and one-half blocks from a public school which has a playground.

Beautiful home in a residential neighborhood on the West Side of Rapid City. Perfect for families and gatherings. You will have access to a two car garage, above ground pool, trampoline, large outdoor deck, fire pit, and a grill that’s available when the weather permits. The house is almost 80 years old and there are some features that are still from the 50s and we like those. We don't plan on changing them so if you're looking for a totally updated house this house might not be for you.
