Welcome to our cozy and peaceful 2-queen bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath retreat, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The warm mustard tones create a calming and inviting atmosphere, making you feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of being just minutes away from shops, restaurants, and three nearby hospitals. SIDE A - Historic Hardtner House c.1895

Appx 800 sf, Side A is charming and beautifully furnished for two guests, with a living room, gorgeous king bedroom, full bath w claw foot tub, and well-appointed kitchenette w mini ref-freezer, microwave, smart oven, kitchen utensils and serving pieces. The sunroom, great for board games and leads to an outdoor area with a small fire pit (weather and law permitting). Two entrances allows for two totally private rentals in the home by sharing a main wall with doors that lock from both sides.

The Classy Camp

The Camp is a one bedroom one bath neatly located on 6 acres in south grant parish 9 miles from Louisiana College in Pineville La. The Camp hosts a beautiful picturesque view of a one acre pond from the back porch. Please watch your children the pond is deep. The Camp sleeps 6. 1queen size bed 1bunk bed 1 pull out sofa. This house is very clean. Fishing will be available soon. This cozy cottage also has central heat and air, washer and dryer, coffee pot stove microwave. Families are welcome.

The cottage is located down a dead end gravel road that will make you feel hours from town (though you won't actually be)! Hunter's welcome!
