The Cottage

Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Our cozy 3-bedroom home has everything you need for your Loup City trip. You will enjoy the entire home to yourself! The house comes fully equipped with everything you need including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, grill, Wi-Fi, TV & Fire Stick. During your stay you can also enjoy using a full sized kitchen with Keurig, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and two living rooms. Our home is within walking distance to the grocery store, park, diner, & bar. Take a short 7 mile drive to enjoy Sherman Lake!

The River House

Come explore the great outdoors when you stay at the river house and enjoy the quiet as you look over the South Loup River Valley. There is river access for all kinds of water fun from tubing, fishing, kayaking, and swimming. You can enjoy evening sunsets out on the covered front porch or setup your telescope for some amazing star gazing with no light pollution. The fiber optic connection makes it easy to use your smart devices for entertainment or setup a mobile office to work remotely.

1 Bedroom Shed in Country Perfect for Crane Season

Crane season hot spot! The apartment is located inside a newly constructed shed. It has one bedroom, one bath (shower only, no tub), and a large living room and kitchen with all appliances (no dishwasher). A private pond is located in the pasture outside of the shed for quiet nights relaxing and fishing. It is the perfect setting for nature and bird watching! We do allow pets for a $25 fee. There is a very friendly farm dog on the property, so take note if this will be an issue for you.

The location is central putting you near the hospital, downtown, and north Kearney shopping and restaurants. Host is an Uber, Lyft, and Doordash driver!

Eternity Place

This rental is a newer duplex in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the business district and a park. Newly furnished, it has 2 bedrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer, 1.5 baths, kitchen, patio, off street parking, and a single car garage. The duplex will comfortably sleep four (4) adults with potential for one (1) additional guest. No more than 5 guests allowed at any one time. NO PETS. NO SMOKING! NO PARTIES! THERE WILL BE A ONE TIME CLEANING FEE OF $50.

The Be Well Bunkhouse offers tranquil beauty while allowing guests to enjoy the sights, sounds & splendors of the surrounding horse ranch. This cozy bunkhouse is newly renovated & welcomes guests with its sweet rustic charm & abundance of homey touches. The home can accommodate 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With ample light, a homelike living & dining area & a tranquil deck you and your guests are sure to find comfort & connection during your stay!

Cozy Cabin on the River

This cozy cabin is located 5 minutes from downtown Kearney. It sits on the Platte River with an incredible view of the Nebraska sunrises and sunsets. It has a nice fishing lake stocked with bass, crappie, blue gill and catfish. The fishing lake is directly outside the cabin. This cabin is furnished with leather furniture, cable tv, a queen size bed, a double size bed and A/C.

Hillside Hideaway sits on 14 rolling acres just minutes from Kearney — a peaceful escape where deer roam the fields, the fire pit glows after sunset, and the only thing on the agenda is time well spent together.
