Excellent location (8 min downhill walk to Frazier St and Pedestrian Bridge) in the most desirable neighborhood in Chattanooga. Safe and serene, with nearly 1000sq ft. of living space. Blazing fast and reliable WiFi (typically 100-400Mbps). Dedicated parking (up to 2 mid-size cars), full fridge and microwave, washer/dryer, and plenty of privacy and convenience. Coffee machine (with Starbucks coffee pods) included. Please note this basement apartment does NOT have a full kitchen (see pics).

Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown

This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

Although close to Chattanooga's shops, restaurants, bars, and galleries, the location feels secluded, making the apartment exceptionally peaceful and relaxing. Enjoy your own kitchenette, living room, and smart TV. The unit is attached to a house, but you have your own private entrance as well as a private patio.

Hosts live upstairs and are available for any assistance you may need. Apartment has its own carport so you can park your car under cover. Washer and dryer in the apartment.

This home is 1-2 miles from downtown, aquarium, and central Chattanooga activities. It sits less than a block from the entrance to a large park with dog park, playground, trails and connector to Stringers Ridge hike/bike trail. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The house has hardwood floors, charm, and a bright and comfortable living space. We live nearby and are available as needed. Washer/dryer are available in the basement on request. Pet policy below.

Cozy room in a family home with private entrance and bathroom attached. Our location facilitates the lodging for people traveling between the northeast and southeast. The house has easy access, just 1 min to high way ( I-75 ) on last exit 353 between Georgia and Tennessee line. Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. We are pet friendly!
