Welcome to our GUEST SUITE in West Fort Collins! This modern studio is tucked away on a dirt road, giving it a private, country feel with the convenience of all the nearby city amenities. The West/Central location makes it the perfect home base to explore either the nearby mountains or the city. You’ll have quick access to CSU, the Spring Creek Trail, Horsetooth Reservoir, the Poudre River, Old Town and of course all the local breweries that make Fort Collins famous. What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.

We have dozens of games for your whole family, are close to trails and lakes, and have a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar (including a coffee grinder). We have great internet, making it easy to work remotely if you'd like! We know you'll love it up here as much as we do!
