Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A newly renovated basement suite in a quiet part of Medicine Hat right next the South Saskatchewan River. Walk out of the garden, straight on to stunning walks along the river. The suite has all the basic necessities for a comfortable short or extended stay. 5 min drive to historic downtown, which is also very walkable along the river. It's also a 5-10 min drive to Hwy 1 and Hwy 3 for easy access to the main transit route to Calgary/Lethbridge

We live on homes main floor so your safety and privacy will be assured . Separate entrance and privacy locked door between main floor and basement area. We also have three beautiful outdoor patio seating areas.

Escape to your own private oasis in this luxurious walkout bungalow. Unwind in the backyard, complete with a hot tub (Weather Dependent). Also, dedicated workspace awaits you, stay active-spin bike, treadmill and free weights. Enjoy your own private entrance with a keypad deadbolt, and a locked door separating the upstairs/downstairs. The efficient kitchen is perfect for a quick meal with small appliances. 2 Guest Maximum, the unit is not suitable for children, no children are allowed to stay.

Along the River valley you will find miles of walking paths and groomed biking trails. Or take a float down the iconic South Sask River.

We’re thrilled to host you in our newly redesigned basement suite, featuring a private entrance and garage, one bedroom, a spa-like bathroom, office space, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, and coffee maker. Bright, peaceful and perfect for both business and relaxation. Just a 5-minute walk to Medicine Hat Regional hospital and under 10 minutes’ drive to downtown. Welcome! you’re going to love it here!

The Nest

Keep it simple at this peaceful and cozy fully updated 1953 bungalow. Centrally-located, the Nest is only two blocks from the hospital, and a few minutes drive from the airport and downtown. Free parking in the driveway makes this location even sweeter! Upstairs, find two bedrooms featuring queen size beds, and a bath, while downstairs holds an additional bedroom with a double bed and a second bathroom. There is plenty of room in the Nest to make yourself a home away from home.

Valleyview private walkout suite

This suite has a full sized kitchen and laundry machines. There is also Wifi and a smart TV with Telus Optik. You may use the TV to access your personal streaming accounts. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser and portable heater for the folks who like it warm and cozy. The hosts live upstairs with Fleetwood, a friendly, well-behaved Bernedoodle. We are very noise conscious. However, normal basement noise is expected. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

The Bridget House

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. You are minutes away from several pubs, pizza place, gas station and a bus stop directly across the street. You are within walking distance to downtown to access everything including restaurants and shopping! The house itself is older but cozy and welcoming. Please be advised that the basement and yard will be under renovation sometime in the future but would not impact your stay.

8th steet Haven - Lower Suite

A perfect place for a single person or up to three people. The lower suite is spacious, comfortable and stylish. A pull out chair offers another sleeping location in addition to the queen sized bed. A full kitchen, bathroom and your own laundry facilities. A private fenced yard and patio make the space make the space handy to enjoy the beautiful Medicine Hat sunshine and warm temperatures.
