It is 5 minutes drive from Clifton Suspension Bridge, the University and BBC. Completely self-contained, it offers a private entrance, large living space & leads into the garden.

The accommodation itself is a self-contained part of our home with its own private entrance. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious bedroom with en suite shower room. Directly beneath in the basement is a lounge area with kitchenette.

The kitchen has basic essentials for two people, so unfortunately it is not ideal entertaining friends and family.

There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
