It is on 2-acres with incredible 360-degree views, a hot tub, and is a great value! This spacious house has room for everyone to spread out. It is across from the Tiara Rado Golf Course, within walking distance to many hiking/mountain biking trails, the CO river, and is a short drive to Powderhorn Mtn Resort for skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing.

My partner and I absolutely love Grand Junction and cannot wait for visitors to enjoy it as well! You will have access to the room through a private entrance around the back of the house. You will have to go down either the stairs or an unpaved hill beside the stairs, so we do not recommend booking this room if you have accessibility needs. A newly renovated tiny home in beautiful Redlands CO. Min away from Tabeguache trail head, the entrance to the National Monument, Handlebar restaurant, and downtown Grand Junction. One bedroom with a full size bed, one bathroom with shower, and small kitchenette with hot plate. We allow dogs for a fee but limit them to 1 per visit. We do not allow any other animals. The container sits between our small orchard and open space that we are returning to native vegetation.
