There are many restaurants and outdoor cafe's... Pete's,Starbucks and Coffee Bean are just a few of the coffee houses, there is everything from sushi to Italian to dine on and all just down the street from the house. I only accept guests with a 5 star rating with at least 5 prior reviews unless you discuss with me first. A quiet, detached guesthouse located in the rear of my main house, with complete privacy. There are two beds; a queen bed with double mattress and a sofa bed with mattress topper for added comfort. There's a TV, Roku and FIOS WIFI. A side entrance allows you to come and go as you please. It's 2.5 miles from the beach; hour walk or 10 min. drive. Please message me for alt date stays.

Guesthouse is located in the city of Gardena, just a few miles away from Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Pieer, Palos Verdes, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and many other wonderful tourists attractions. Also, San Diego Malibu. Laguna Beach Laguna Niguel, or in 1 to 2 hours away if you choose driving further down South. I am just a few minutes away and will advise and help with anything you need!!

It's near, Palos Verdes, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, and el Segundo. (No smoking or parties of any kind please) (There is another unit above you and even though Quite a lot of money was spent trying to fix it, it did not work 100%. You can’t still hear some noise.)
