Unique studio unit. Separate to main dwelling with own access and self contained. A lovely light and airy space originally designed as an artists studio. Space includes queen bed, two comfortable chairs, small fridge with tea and coffee bench, and shower and toilet. Access to laundry facilities in main house if required. 1 minute walk to beach, 1 min. drive or 10 minute walk to large selection of restaurants in Orewa. Five minutes from motorway, 30 minutes from Harbour bridge.

The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.

Located in the heart of Albany. Short walking distance to pretty much all facilities, including but not limited to Westfield Shopping Centre, bus stops, restaurants and etc. Private, sunny, fully furnished, 2 full-size bedrooms with Queen Size bed and closet, windows have curtains and rolling blinds. No cooking facilities, but has kitchennete with microwave, toaster, fridge.
