The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

Our private 2-bedroom guest unit is located in the upmarket suburb of Remuera. 20 mins from Auckland Airport, 10 mins to Auckland City CBD by car, and 25 mins off-peak by bus. Five mins away is Parnell, the Domain, and the Newmarket shopping centre, which offers 240 stores, rooftop dining, and a train station. 8 mins to Mission Bay/Kohi/St Heliers Beaches. There is NO off street parking, but free roadside parking available right outside the property.

Centrally located in the heart of Parnell Village is Studio Burrows. A completely modern separate space next to our family home. Suitable for a couple and infant/small child. This light filled studio is minutes from the Central city, Spark Arena, Viaduct, Commercial Bay, Newmarket and the Auckland Museum/Domain. Longer term stays available. Kitchenette for basic cooking. There is a laundromat 2min walk away.

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
