Barn Stay at Shadowbrook Farm

Welcome to the Shadowbrook Farm Stay. Tucked in the hills of upstate New York, this 1700's Shaker barn has been restored into a beautiful guest house. It sits upon a two hundred acre working pasture raised meat farm. This barn was used to hold, and milk cows for two hundred and fifty years. Guests will have access to portions of the farm lands which are highlighted on the maps provided in the Farm Stay manual. If you follow the farm road, you are able to meet every farm animal on the property!

The house is close to so many things to do in the area: shopping, skiing, biking, min's from RPI, UAlbany, HVCC, and just 40 min to Jiminy Peak. After your day out you will enjoy coming back to grill dinner and enjoy a drink on the deck. Fun and relaxation for everyone. The property includes a master suite w/ full bathroom and laundry on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom upstairs. There is also a full kitchen and dining room on the first floor for making and enjoying meals.

This is my favorite of all 19 cabins at Towpath Landing! 200 degree water views from huge deck just feet from the water and serene privacy - there is a shed on the property not another cabin. Super romantic with a huge fire pit and your own little beachy kayak launch. Vischer Ferry bike trail borders the property for biking, hiking and kayaking. Vaulted beamed ceiling and full walls of glass make for crazy views overlooking the river. Serviced by filtered river water. SO SO PEACEFUL HERE!

5BR Rustic Mountain Sanctuary Dome Home

Find connection in this secluded mountainous retreat. Enmeshed in the natural landscape, this space is only accessible via unpaved roads. Even the journey here is part of the adventure. *4WD & Snowtires are needed during winter & early spring due to the possibility of snow or mud* This property requires a lot of upkeep and the steward will likely be onsite during your stay, however the whole house will be exclusively reserved for your booking. This cabin is our most romantic cabin on the property. Our gigantic rain shower in the bathroom has an 8'x5' wall mirror and a French door that opens out to the forest. If you are a cook, this cabin is a chef's dream. You might also like our stunning new cabin called The Farmhouse.

Airbnb @ Sweet & Savory Farmette

Welcome to the AirBnB situated on a small working farm. You are welcome to tour the grounds to say hello to all the animals. This place is for the birds! No really you will enjoy watching chickens, ducks, emus, geese, guinea fowl, and peafowl. The farm is also home to a herd of beautiful alpaca and resident llama, curious goats, and barn cats. There are working livestock guardian dogs who watch over the herd who will greet you from behind the fence.

This spacious, rustic, custom log cabin has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Large gas fireplace, custom furnishings, smart TVs in each bedroom, upgraded wifi, new municipal water. Ping pong table, indoor shuffle board and corn hole in the basement area! Outdoors there are 4 kayaks for your use, a fire pit and bocce balls. Phenomenal fishing at the shoreline or from a kayak. Our lake house is on Glass Lake in Averill Park, NY. In case you want to venture off, it is close to Saratoga (race season!), the Berkshires MA, Albany NY, and Vermont. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

Partially fenced in 3 miles down the road from Jiminy Peak ski resort & summer activities and a short drive to Ramblewild adventure park. Hiking, boating, museums, shopping, restaurants- all sorts of activities in the Berkshires. Two minute ride to Bloom Meadows!

Charming big vintage apartment in an old boarding house from 1900. It's a Greek Revival house on a country lane at the foot of the Berkshires. Master bedroom and full bath are downstairs, where there is also a lovely living room, fully stocked kitchen and mudroom with washer/dryer. Note that the attic bedroom gets closed in the wintertime. Small front sitting porch, big side lawn and flowery backyard with grill and table.
