Rustic riverfront camp on the Mohawk. A camp like when you used to visit grandma at the lake. Full kitchen and bathroom, cute bedroom, relaxing porch with full window view of the river. Private backyard, fire pit and gas grill. Free kayaks/tubes on property. 24 minutes to Saratoga and 12 mins to any store or restaurant you could want. Chairs on the river overlook the Twin Bridges. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.

Our lake house is on Glass Lake in Averill Park, NY. In case you want to venture off, it is close to Saratoga (race season!), the Berkshires MA, Albany NY, and Vermont. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
