A villa Győrtől 6km-re, Győrzámolyon, csendes, nyugodt környezetben található. Bulik szervezése szigorúan tilos! A 160m2-es stílusosan berendezett közvetlen tóparti Villa, tágas terekkel, 75 m2-es óriási fedett terasszal, 5 személyes jakuzzival és infraszaunával várja vendégeit! A 3 hálószobában 7 főt , ill. a nappaliban igény esetén további 2 főt tudunk elszállásolni, +1 pótágy áll rendelkezésre. Ideális hely családoknak, baráti társaságoknak, akik festői környezetben feltöltődni szeretnének.

Rózsafaház

A Rózsafaház egy modernizált alpesi faház a kőszegi Szabó-hegyen, az Írottkő Natúrpark területén, mely aszfaltos és erdei úton megközelíthető. A házat erdőkert öleli körbe, ahol gondozott a zöldfelület, kerti sütögető tisztás, játszótér áll rendelkezésre. Az épület panoráma-terasszal rendelkezik, ahonnan remek kilátás nyílik a Dunántúl és a Kőszegi-hegység irányába is. A ház konyha-étkező-háló helyiségből (kandallóval) és zuhanyzós fürdőszobából áll, valamint az emeleten háló galéria található.

A fedett teraszon INFRASZAUNA és DÉZSAFÜRDŐ áll vendégeink rendelkezésére. „ezer sziget országa, ahová a nyugalom is pihenni jár” A passzív és az aktív kikapcsolódásra vágyóknak is ideális választás vagyunk. A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.

It is the perfect place for groups of friends and family gatherings. All rooms have a large double bed, TV and private bathroom. The largest room can be extended with a sofa bed or a cot, and the well-kept courtyard is perfect for children to play in the sandpit or swing in the swings.
