Hill House is a single level home with one bedroom with stairs. It is in walking distance to BYUI Campus and Temple is close by. Great place to go for walks and hang out in a shared Patio and barbeque. A nice size Fenced in yard. Close to shopping and restaurants. You are 87 minutes drive to Yellowstone National Park or you can go to Jackson Hole Wyoming. Which is 75 minutes drive. For those Hot days, Rexburg has a great pool. This home is unique and cozy.
