Tucked among peaceful wooded surroundings, the home offers a comfortable base for day trips to Glacier National Park, Kootenai National Forest, rugged rivers, scenic trails, and nearby town favorites. After a day of exploring, return home to grill dinner on the deck, soak beneath the open sky, or unwind with books, board games, and a projector-style movie night. Inside, you’ll find modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, central A/C and heat, free WiFi, laundry, and thoughtful everyday essentials. The primary suite features a king bed and en-suite bath with a soaking tub, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. With room for RVs, trailers, boats, and up to 10 vehicles, plus an EV charger on-site, Sunset Valley Retreat makes arrival easy and adventure even easier. Optional rentals, including a boat and paddle boards, are also available on-site.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Five minute walk to Abayance Bay Marina, restaurant, concert venue, & Lake Koocanusa access. Few minutes drive to Abayance boat launch or 5 minute drive to Rexford Bench boat launch. Playground is 2 minute walk. Lots of trails in the area. One bedroom but sleeps 6: queen bed and 2 fold out couches. Picnic table outside on site. Great for weekend getaways for friends or families. Camper next-door shares the backyard & outside amenities

Tobacco Riverwalk Flat

This unique flat is set up like a huge hotel room. Spacious room size, king size bed, comfy seating area and large bathroom. Small fridge, coffee pot, hot water pot, air conditioner, microwave provided along with dishes and a table. This second floor flat has its own patio table with 6 chairs. This location is attached to a commercial shop, the lower level is currently vacant. The main shop space is currently is being used for storage at this time and is pretty quiet.

Cozy two bedroom cabin. Nestled creek side at the historic 69 Ranch in Eureka, Montana. Scenic mountain views. Horses in the pasture and wildlife seen often. Nearby golf courses and 15 minutes from Lake Koocanusa. No pets, not children under 12 years of age. No feeding horses or entering in the fenced area. No burning of candles.
