Its a good place is you want to get off the beaten track and still be close to the main attractions like the golden circle.

There is one lake in Grafarholt and it is called Reynisvatn. Úlfarsá flows through the border of Úlfarsárdalur and Grafarholt and then turns into Korpúlfsstaðaá at Vesturlandsvegur.
