Our goal is to offer affordable clean accommodations for people like us, who travel, not to spend time in our rooms but to explore the town, enjoy events or to visit family . We are not trying to compete with luxury hotels, and hope that people appreciate our efforts in providing an affordable, clean, quiet place to rest. (Much like a hotel suite, no kitchen)

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

This is a cozy well maintained home,does have a private basement apartment, located on the north side of the city, just minutes from either bridge and within minutes to the shopping areas. Walking and bike trails within a few minute walk that could take you over the walking bridge to the downtown district within 30 minutes. Nice quiet area, located next door is the Wesleyan Church. Eight minutes you can be at the major shopping centers and ten minutes at the downtown core of the city.

Two bedroom apartment in the basement of a beautiful two storey home settled in Historic Marysville. Offering proximity to the scenic walking/biking trail, tubing down the Nashwaak River, and Iconic Baseball Hill, home of MLB player Matt Stairs. Many amenities within walking distance or a short drive, including Tim Horton's, Gas/Convenience stores and Big Box Stores (Walmart). Only a short bike ride to a favourite craft brewery next to our picturesque Saint John River.
