Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. Unit is upstairs and may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties or small children.

It is a home base for adventures; in the canoe capital of Ohio :) Our cottage is perched on a hill overlooking a beautiful par 3 golf course across the street. Our large concrete patio has a hot tub, corn hole, and yoga matts for peaceful stretching or yoga with a view! We have a fully stocked kitchen, board games, smart TV's and a completely custom built bunk room that your kids or friends groups will absolutely love!

There is ramp access to the front door for 1st floor BR and bathroom access. We acquired this house due to needing an office space in town. Other than the one locked room used for that, you’ll have use of the rest of the 1st & 2nd floors.
